Why is it important?

Landlord and tenant:
Tenants are generally responsible for ensuring the property is left in a clean and tidy state, as described in the tenancy agreement.
The Landlord can now advertise the property showing its full potential.
An end of tenancy clean is often a condition for the full return of a tenant’s security deposit.

Health and Hygiene:
It ensures the property is clean and free from bacteria and allergens, which is crucial for the next tenant’s well-being.

Property Maintenance:
A thorough clean helps maintain the property’s value and appearance, preventing damage and wear and tear.

Positive First Impression:
A clean property provides a positive first impression for new tenants, fostering a welcoming and comfortable environment.
